Setup Guidelines Troubleshoot

- Latest version of Google Chrome or Internet Explorer (IE 10 or IE 11)

- Secure Key (e-Token) Driver Installed. (click the below download link to install the driver)

Download the SANAD Portal setup service by clicking the link - Download Set-Up (Version 1.0.0.0)

Run the downloaded setup

Click the button “Next”

Keep the default folder and click “Next” to continue installation

The installer is ready to install the setup. Click “Next” to continue

Wait till the installer installs the setup

Click the button “Close” to complete the installation
